For Flat20 2017 Christmas window STUDIOLAV envisioned the use of festive forms and symbols stripped down to their most basic shape and geometry. These shapes have been translated through the selection of different materials, layered to create a sense of depth to the final visual outcome. Accents of gold dress the triangulated forms, which are enhanced by the use of light.

The restriction of space acts as a creative challenge to create a strong image for the customers of FLAT20. A 100x180x45 centimetres rectangular frame acts as a canvas to “draw” a three dimensional festive storyline.
The design of the festive window for each year informs the concept for a set of Christmas cards, and vice versa, created specifically for the customers of FLAT 20.
